Founder and Bakersfield native, Gerald B. Clifford, obtained both Insurance and Real Estate licenses after graduation from U.C. Berkeley. After serving his country in World War II rank of Lt. Col. Ret., Clifford launched the agency that would grow to serve some of the most important and influential businesses and governmental entities in Kern County.

Wes Bradford, another local producer, brings a special experience and knowledge to the agency which enables it to reach out over ever changing boundaries and needs of its clientele, thereby increasing its effectiveness and ability to serve.
